Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ServEase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use ServEase for a business, you confirm that you can bind that business.

• You are responsible for your account credentials.

• You must not share login details or allow unauthorised access.

• You must be at least 18 years old.

• You must provide accurate information.

You agree to use ServEase only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, overload, attack, or interfere with the platform.

• ServEase is offered on a subscription basis.

• Fees are listed on the pricing page and may change with at least 30 days notice.

• By providing payment details, you authorise recurring charges.

• Transaction fees apply only to payments processed through ServEase.

• Payments are handled by third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or local gateways.

You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant ServEase a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service. We do not sell your data.

ServEase and its content are owned by ServEase Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or distribute the platform without permission.

ServEase provides tools to manage bookings, payments, and operations. We are not a party to transactions between you and your customers.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance from time to time.

If you use the API, you must not abuse or overload the system. We may apply rate limits or suspend access for misuse.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServEase is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months before the claim.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. After termination, access ends and data is retained for up to 30 days before deletion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes are subject to the courts of Spain.
