Rooms & studios
Make the space itself bookable
Let customers reserve a meeting room or studio for an available time window. Keep the specific room, its location and your booking and payment details together.

A venue address does not reserve a room
A building can contain several separately bookable spaces. Customers need to know which room they are reserving and when, while the business needs to prevent conflicting reservations for that concrete asset.
The room must be available for the whole reservation
ServEase checks the selected Room Resource, its fixed location, available hours, time off, existing bookings and relevant option duration/buffers. The room’s applicable constraints are checked without turning its capacity into separately sold class places.
How customers book
Discover: Browse room offerings or individual Resources where configured.
Choose: Select the Room and suitable option.
Availability: Choose an eligible time interval.
Submit: Review space, location, applicable requirements and configured amount.
Actual result: A valid booking reserves that room for the chosen time. It does not automatically become confirmed or paid.

Fixed venue where that room exists.
Team

Receiver/guest details
Only where the configured booking needs them.

Relevant capabilities
Support exclusive Room reservations, suitable time-based rental options, Resource availability and fixed-location rules. Present individual Resources where configured and keep booking/payment context available to the business.
Limitations and fit
This page does not promise Equipment inventory or rentable cameras/lights merely because a photography studio contains them. It does not relabel daytime courts/pitches as Rooms. A staffed room service or class is a different journey; independent bookings must not be treated as shared seats without the relevant model.
Questions about this journey
Does hiring a room require a staff booking?
No. Customers reserve the room itself; no staff member needs to be booked with it.
What is the difference between the room and its location?
The room is what the customer reserves. Its location identifies the venue where they use it.
Can I rent cameras, lights or other equipment too?
Not as separate bookable items. This journey covers reserving the room itself.
Can the room’s capacity be sold as individual class places?
Not through room hire. Selling individual places in a session belongs to the classes and group lessons journey.
