Privacy Policy

We handle contact and account data, service and technical data needed to operate, secure and support the service, billing identity data, and limited payment-provider data such as provider identifiers, subscription or payment status, and limited payment-method metadata.

Payment providers handle card entry and card or token storage. NetBees Studio SL does not receive or store raw card credentials. We may share data with providers needed to deliver the service, the relevant payment provider, Google Analytics only after optional consent, and authorities or advisers where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

We retain data for the period needed for the relevant purpose and applicable legal or operational requirements; this policy does not state a fixed post-cancellation deletion period. We use measures designed to limit access to authorised people and providers, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Our Cookie Policy explains the website storage and optional analytics choices.

Necessary functionality is always enabled. Analytics (Google Analytics) and Advertising Measurement (OpenAI) are separate, optional purposes. Accept all grants both; Essential only refuses both. Preferences lets you choose independently and is always available in the footer and on the Cookie Policy page. An earlier Google-only choice never grants advertising measurement.

With Analytics consent, Google receives website usage events and campaign/client/session identifiers. With Advertising Measurement consent, when enabled, OpenAI receives page views, technical browser/network information and genuine advertising references (oppref and __obref) to measure campaign effectiveness and conversions. We do not send form entries, names or email addresses through this website measurement integration or enable automatic advanced matching. Each provider’s privacy terms apply to its processing.

servease_measurement_preferences_v2 stores your purpose choices and timestamps in local storage for up to 180 days. The API uses the necessary Secure, HttpOnly __Host-servease_measurement cookie and a consent receipt for up to 180 days to remember and enforce those choices across signup. If enabled, consented acquisition context is kept in session storage for at most 7 days and passed in a bounded signup URL fragment; it contains campaign values and measurement references, not form data or arbitrary URLs. A matching, unrevoked server advertising grant is required for later server conversion measurement.

When enabled and consented, the OpenAI Pixel may create __oppref (up to 30 days) and __obref (up to 365 days) cookies. Analytics storage is controlled separately by Google Analytics. Withdrawing a purpose stops future website measurement for that purpose; withdrawing advertising also calls OpenAI consent denial and clears its accessible reference cookies and local acquisition state. Withdrawal is synchronized to the server and retried after connection failures. Offline withdrawal cannot reach the server until a connection succeeds; Preferences shows synchronization status. Clearing browser storage is not a substitute for withdrawing server consent. Withdrawal does not undo processing already performed. Contact hello@servease.io for privacy requests.

The Pixel also remembers its consent state in oaiq_consent local storage (until cleared) and the __oaiq_consent cookie (up to 30 days).

Purposes are to respond to enquiries; create, operate, support and bill ServEase accounts; meet legal obligations; and, where you consent, measure website use or send communications. The legal bases are performance of a contract or steps at your request, consent where requested, legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the service. Recipient categories are service and support providers, payment providers, optional analytics provider Google, and authorities or advisers where required. Data is retained using the criteria stated above. Depending on the provider and processing location, data may be processed outside your country; we do not make a blanket public claim about a transfer mechanism, and applicable transfers are handled under data-protection law. Exercise rights by emailing hello@servease.io. You may withdraw consent at any time, including by changing the Cookie Policy preference; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). We do not use corporate-website enquiry or ServEase account-administration data for decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
